The staff was courteous, the room was luxurious and the breakfast was tasty, all as we expected. Variety of supplies in the room : an individual safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. Brand-new hotel, good service. Loved smooth check-in. The property was in a nice enough area, really close to airport, Jeddah to other neighbor cities, Malls.

Everything was really good, excellent service, unbeatable location next to the highway, the airport and the mall of Arabia, Malls and Fun sightseeing. Helpful, amiable staff towards all guests. The rooms with great facilities. What a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel appeared to be luxury and I loved staff and rooms. The staff did all they can for a RELAXING stay. Magnificent view, a large balcony, good bed, too. Positioned in the residential area. Beautiful garden and nice pool.

New building and absolutely perfect rooms. The whole staff was humble. Incredibly comfortable location to a perfume store. I loved that the hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport. Outstanding service, extensive breakfast spread.

we would definitely go again. a short walk to attractions, including heraa international mall. don't forget to explore hera street neighborhood.
